Came here for takeout and unfortunately deserts are not available for takeout so will have to come back and sit down to eat but the food I got to go was delicious. Certainly more pricey than other vegan places in the city but if you’re vegan and staying in Ikebukuro, it’s worth stopping by to try it. EDIT: Came back to seat down and eat and tried the Crème Brûle and it was absolutely the most delicious dessert I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend you try it. The Mac & Cheese is also super good.

Seasonal sweet potato pancakes were delicious - Came with sweet potato flavored cream, ice cream, chips, and mont blanc. Also tried the ripple buger. Like the cheese + BBQ sauce combo. Think they could upgrade the bun but don't let that stop you, burger is great. Wanted to try the soy meat cutlet burger and karage but I unfortunately ran out of room.

Absolutely one of my favorite vegan places in Tokyo. The taco rice is out of this world, and the desserts…..! The atmosphere is cozy & dreamy. Coming here always makes me feel content. A quiet sort of happiness.

I had a late brunch here with a friend. I am gluten sensitive, and she is lactose intolerant, so we thought that this place would be perfect for our sweet tooth cravings. Unfortunately, the pancake options are just two, and, if I may say, they are also quite expensive considering the average pancake price in town. That said, I am aware that in this society, finding allergens free food options in restaurants is not only extremely hard but also a quite expensive thing. We were, of course, interested in trying their limited/fall edition 焼き芋 pancake set and, leaving aside the fact that, as always, it looked really pretty but mostly tasted like sugar, the worst thing was actually the waiter's behaviour which was kinda rude and looked bored and annoyed most of the time. Considering the food price, he could've at least pretended to smile a little bit, right? Don't know if we want to come back again.

Ain Soph Ikebukuro is like a little vegan island of peace nestled in the bustling heart of the city. Their menu is a treasure trove of plant-based delights, and everything I’ve tried has been absolutely amazing. Their vegan hamburger is a standout—delicious, hearty, and satisfying. The fast food options, like the macaroni pasta, are equally impressive, offering a comforting yet elevated experience. And don’t miss their pancake—it’s a unique and delightful treat, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect escape from the hustle of Ikebukuro. Whether you’re vegan or simply looking to try something new, Ain Soph delivers a meal that’s not only delicious but also nourishing for the soul. Highly recommended for anyone seeking great vegan food and a peaceful moment in Tokyo!
