One of the best vegan restaurants in the world. Chef Katsumi is an artist. His food goes beyond taste - it’s an artistic expression of who he is and the flavors are so complex yet approachable. He makes his own cola for his whisky highballs, his own vegan egg for his ramen, his own eel for his sushi. This is a must try if you are in Japan.

We had the set menu of five courses and it was excellent, outstanding flavour and presentation. It’s located in a hidden alley which makes it even more beautiful. Nice atmosphere and nice music. Waitress and chef couldn’t have been nicer! Super super recommended. Bookings are mandatory!

Excellent. Got the set dinner meal that came with sake, appetizers, salads, main, rice, soups, and dessert. Great service. Presentation, texture and flavor were all superb. A bit expensive for Japan, but worth it. Needs reservation.

Divine Japanese course restaurant! I got the lunch set and would highly recommend the vegan eel. Make sure to reserve online in advance, it’s small + popular

Absolutely delicious vegan versions of popular Japanese food. The taste was phenomenal and the presentation was amazing. My favorite was the vegan sushi. The tempura, ramen, okonomiyaki were fantastic as well.
