Super friendly staff. Good dumplings - as other reviews have said, they are quite big and flavorful. We got 2 of the 11 platters - one steamed and one pan fried. Do note that the menu pictures are not up to date anymore - each platter was 2500 yen which is honestly quite expensive. The place is also a little out of the way. I’m not sure if it was worth it - Tokyo has other good vegan food that is not in the middle of nowhere

Go out of your way to get here! And don’t let the price sway you. The dumplings are huge and full of flavour. Among my favourite meals of our foodie trip to Japan. Each one so unique and full of umami, great texture. My partner had the matcha caramel iced latte and it was delicious and perfectly sweet and creamy. My craft beer was excellent plus the sparkling sake was really nice. They were busy but the service was lovely still!

We got there 10 minutes before they opened, went for a walk, and came back to find 4 parties waiting in line. Get there early, know what you want to order, and make sure you add drinks (matcha and lattes were phenomenal!). Everything is so fresh and flavorful, you really can’t go wrong. The pan-fried and steamed don’t differ in terms of flavor, only texture.

A highlight of our trip to Tokyo. The restaurant is situated on a quiet side street with a heated patio and very nice ambiance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered all 11 flavours, pan-fried. Our favourites were garlic miso and kimchi, but honestly they’re all good. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike will be satisfied with the taste and presentation.

These are the best dumplings I’ve ever eaten in my life. The fillings are so flavorful and the presentation was gorgeous. The set was worth every penny, and was quite filling! The coriander was my favorite. Can’t recommend enough for vegans and non-vegans alike.
