Not much Caribbean vegan restaurants in Toronto but Ital Vital restaurant is my best one in town 👍 There are tasty and flavourful two protein’s highlighted below. 1) vegan jerk pork - the one that I tried. It rich and delicious 2) vegan bbq rib - will try it next time :)

This is a small vegan restaurant in the neighborhood just south of golden Mile at pharmacy. They post daily specials on instagram so follow for daily deals. When you order, you can order a protein box which comes with two items of choice for small or three for large plus a grain + the vegan BBQ ribs. So for example, I got the large box with caliloo greens, curry chickpeas, and a vegan fish. I love getting the roti wrapper as I can make it into a giant burrito of tasty delight. They also have daily fresh juices. I've tried a bunch and honestly have been impressed everytime. It is worth the $5 for the juice. They also offer vegan desserts in house. The owner is super sweet. They no longer have indoor seating, but they set up a cute seating area outside the establishment. Just a note, please do not wear any items containing real fur into the establishment as a courtesy.

Little hidden vegan gem! The staff was soo friendly and helped explain the menu. Super fresh food! Best fries in the world!! Perfectly crispy!! And the chicken burger and drumsticks are to die for!! Can't recommend this enough! Can't wait to go back!

Cozy, welcoming shop. Greeted with a smile as we walked in and even offered a bite of the special! Great deal of fulfilling food for the price! Plus they have in house made fresh juices! Be mindful of how much hot sauce you add, it's HOT

Been one of my favourite restaurants for years. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good! Nothing but great things to say. I often bring my non vegan friends here too and they all really enjoy the variety and flavour. If you’ve never gone… you must! Incredible business! FYI this is take out only no dine in!
