The vibes are lovely! Fully vegan dim sum spot. I ordered their World Vegan Month special (only available November 2024), salt & pepper squid, and the Jade Rabbit dumplings. Definitely loved the squid — I hope this could become a new addition to their menu! — but the dumplings, as cute little bunny shapes they were, felt like 75% breading and very minimal filling. I would come back one more time to try other menu items, but overall a cute location!

The first dish, the Chili Oil Wonton was pretty legit. It tastes like real meat to me, so I was having high expectations for the rest of the dishes, but was disappointed with the other dishes. Next one was Congee. It tasted ok, but the texture is too soft than it should be, but still not bad. The rest is not a good substitute. Lo Mai Gai, the rice is too mushy, and the texture of the Turnip Cakes is not right. Jade Rabbit Dumplings are ok. The best is not a Dim Sum substitute, the Sesame Cucumber is good. I am not a Vegetarian so take my option with that in mind, but the 2 people I went with are, and they said they would not visit this place again because of the same thing I said.

My one wish is that the hot chili oil was spicier. This was very very mild to the point where it wasnt even spicy. --- drinks --- Osmanthus blossoms ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ --- food --- Sesame cucumber ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - but would order again for the veg - not overly refreshing but still flavorful ❤️Siu Mai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - this one is my favorite - the texture was on point - it came with a green sauce that was good, but I preferred these with chili oil Chili oil wontons ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ - wanted it more spicy Jade rabbit dumplings ⭐⭐⭐ - liked trying the chicken - the texture was a little strange to me, must have been due to the mochi - it was sort of gooey watery - I wish there was more filling, the head has no filling Adobo ⭐⭐⭐✨ - wouldn't reorder this but my partner likes it - I typically love oyster mushrooms but for some reason the texture here was a little too slimy for me - wish there was more sauce ❤️Lumpia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - was so not in the mood for fried food but my favorite lumpia in the city --- dessert --- Ube creme brulee ⭐⭐ - little too bitter for me - my partner likes it tho, specifically the custard part, he didn't love the caramelized sugar because it made it too rich

Super cute spot! Gorgeous bar with a small space for 10 tables on the 2nd floor. I would definitely recommend a reservation. The food was mostly really good. Firstly, the steamed chili oil wontons were both my and my sisters favorite dish! The meat was really flavorful and she (not vegan) said she would've never guessed it was vegan. I personally also really loved the bunny buns and the hint of sweetness they had to help cut all the other salty/spicy food, but my sister and the gentleman dining next to us both thought they were underwhelming. The shumai and tofu skin rolls were both super yummy! I loved the slight crunch the noodles gave in the tofu skin rolls. The sauce that comes with the shumai was our favorite sauce so we ended up using it on most of the dishes. The turnip cakes were way too starchy/crumbly compared to traditional turnip cakes, and extremely bland. Traditional turnip cakes usually have little bits of veggie and meat in them but I didn't see any bits of anything in these. We got one cocktail each, and the Everything Everywhere All at Once was gorgeous but did need to be remade. The first one that came out was super watery and just kind of tasted like a little bit of unsweetened lemonade that had sat over ice for way too long, but on the remake the bartender said he added a lot more yuzu and it turned out much better! Our biggest qualm of the night is definitely the truffles. For $12 you get five housemade liquor infused truffles. This sounded like a really fun idea but unfortunately it was absolutely terrible. The chocolate is supposed to be filled with ganache, which is meant to be soft and almost buttery. These chocolates were chalky and super dry as if they sat in the fridge for months. 0/10 do not recommend. The Ube Brownie was delicious though! I wish they baked it in a ramekin instead so it was a bit more presentable and easier to eat (the cupcake wrapper method doesn't work very well for this since it's really sticky) and some house-made vegan ice cream of some sort would be outstanding with it! All in all, I'd love to come back with my other vegan sister to give it another shot. I did see some reviews that say quality has gone down more recently so maybe there's just something going on back of house or on management side that has caused these food quality issues.

Had a wonderful lunchtime birthday meal to celebrate with a couple friends. Delicious food, great variety, nice tea, and all VEGAN!! Dim sum, dumplings, wontons, bao and more galore. They even make mochi brownies. Yum! Jocelyn was a wonderful server and did a great job of helping us and the other tables with ease and expertise. Lovely atmosphere and fun decor! Will be coming back for more delicious treats!
