Very liked the food, and there was a lot! The poutine was delicious and also the beer. There wasn’t much lightning there, it’s the restaurant concept so I wonder how is it during day time. The service was great, I don’t remember the waitress name now but I really appreciate her service and kindness!

The Hogtown Vegan is THE place to go for a vegan night out in Toronto if you're looking for cozy classics - fried wings, mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, fish and chips, plus a host of mouthwatering burgers, poutine, nachos and dessert. The menu is well marked for what is or can be made gluten free, and of course everything is vegan - guaranteed milk and egg free. The staff are welcoming and accommodating with further dietary needs, and the space is warm and inviting. A great place to go solo, on a date, with friends, or for the whole family to enjoy a night out. My spend is higher than normal due to getting a full 3 course meal plus a drink - worth it, but more than others might get.

The food was plentiful. However, the server’s attitude was off. She would forcefully smile and project an air of superiority. The old servers were friendly and non-judgemental. Food was good though

Amazing vegan restaurant! I had Mac and cheese, the unchicken, and a side of collards. I am a vegetarian and thought they did an excellent job with making the Mac and Cheese taste like real cheese. Service was great - fast, polite, and responsive. Cool decor and a big pig mural on the outside. Vegans and vegetarians will not be disappointed!

Amaaaaaaazing vegan comfort food that gives your soul such a loving hug! While visiting Toronto, this came up as a MUST vegan spot! Was SO worth the hype! This Adorable corner place is serving up vegan comfort food! We dined on a weekday night & enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The staff was friendly. Loved the vibe. What we got: Vegan poutine- visiting the land of poutine, it was so hard to find it vegan but Hogtown offered it! Amazing crispy fries loaded with cheese, crispy seitan & toppings! We LOVED it! Chicken & Mac dish “southern combo” - we each got the chicken & Mac dish! It was amazing! Super crispy chicken cutlets served along side vegan mac & cheese! The garlic collards with vegan bacon was so good! Massive serving size. We were STUFFED after our meals! Such an amazing spot. Really, REALLY good vegan food here. So glad we stopped here!
